Julie deals with residential, rural and commercial property transactions, and has been with Carlile Dowling since July 2004. Prior to that, Julie worked for Land Information NZ dealing with property registration.

Tracey works primarily in the areas of debt collection and residential property transactions. She qualified as a Legal Executive in 1996 and has been with Carlile Dowling since moving to Hawke’s Bay in April 2010. Prior to that, Tracey worked for several of the large commercial law firms in Wellington.

Gerald is a Registered Legal Executive who has more than 20 years’ experience in:

• Estate Administration
• Wills
• Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Trusts

Gerald is a Justice of the Peace and has lived in Hawke’s Bay since 1980. He is also Treasurer for Riding for the Disabled Napier Group.
