Erin was admitted to the Bar in Wellington in 2009, initially focusing on commercial and property law. Returning to Hawke’s Bay in early 2011, Erin worked as in house counsel to a large corporation for four years, with a focus on finance, agricultural businesses and securities legislation. Erin is part of the Property and Commercial team at Carlile Dowling.

Erin is a member of the Venus Networking Group.

Megan has been a solicitor with Carlile Dowling since February 2016. Megan was admitted to the Bar in 2001, beginning her career at the Court of Appeal before moving to work in litigation and employment in Australia. Returning to New Zealand in 2005, Megan worked in criminal law appearing in the full range of courts from District Court to the Supreme Court. Megan now puts her extensive experience in litigation to use in advising and representing clients in civil disputes and proceedings.
