I joined the Carlile Dowling partnership in 2001 and have served as Managing Partner (now Director) for more than 10 years. Over more than twenty years, I've worked on complex commercial, property, and estate planning matters — negotiating, structuring, documenting, and settling transactions for clients across the region.

My work centres on helping businesses and individuals structure their affairs properly from the outset, then supporting them through significant transactions and transitions.

Approach

Business owners have enough on their plate without worrying about legal complexities. My job is to make the legal side straightforward so you can focus on running your business. If something's going to be a problem, I'll tell you early. If there's a simpler way to achieve your goals, we'll find it.
