Ash-Leigh Wilson
Supporting clients through property transactions and estate planning matters with a focus on practical, personalised service.
Practical support, personal service.
I work across property and estate planning matters at Carlile Dowling, providing support to clients through what are often significant life events - buying or selling a home, or planning for the future.
As a Legal Executive and Affiliate member of Legal Executives New Zealand (LENZ), I handle a range of practical legal work under the supervision of our lawyers. This means clients get dedicated attention to their matters while benefiting from the expertise and oversight of the wider team.
Practice
I assist with:
- Property conveyancing - residential sales and purchases
- Wills and estate planning documentation
- Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Occupation Right Agreements
- Relationship Property matters
I work closely with Tracey Shadbolt and Simon Lindroos in the property, estate planning and relationship property team, which means there's always continuity and support across client matters.
About LENZ
