Staff Retirement – Maurice Casey
On 1 January 2024, Maurice Casey left the firm to practice as a barrister sole, practising in family law and mediation. This was always Maurice’s long-term plan and he joined our partnership on the understanding that he would do so. We continue to refer work to Maurice, and he mentors our Associate, Tracey Shadbolt, on relationship property matters.

Staff Retirement – Teresa Mee
On 31 December 2023, Teresa resigned from the partnership and is taking a break from private legal practice to act as corporate counsel (also known as ‘in-house counsel’) for an international company.
